Quote and Order Acceptance

All requested quotes and submitted orders or inquiries will receive a pricing by e-mail. Any inconsistency between quote and files will result in price change. All price change will be notified to customer before proceeding with their orders. There are some circumstances, when some of the PCB materials, components, services, capabilities, and other resources mentioned may not be available all the time. Technotronix have reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed or requested quote. Technotronix would inform you via fax or email when orders are refused due to any reason. We regret when this happens but we cannot be responsible for unavailability of any resources.

It is a prerequisite that we receive the following verified order data for your PCB Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, PCB Fabrication or PCB Prototyping Order:

• Bill of materials (BOM) in Excel or Delimited Format.
• Silkscreen.
• Solder paste layer Gerber.
• ASCII-Formatted CAD data
• Centroid or insertion file

Payment

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any or no reason. We accept Visa/Master/American express/Pay pal/Discover. Contact Us for any payment process of Check/Money order/Wire Transfer.

Risk of any loss or damage to products you order from us shall transfer to you upon delivery of such products to you.

Cancellation Policy:

If customer cancels the order for any of reasons, the customer would be responsible or liable to pay for all damages or costs. An allocated quotation cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders which depend on the PCB manufacturing or fabrication status at a time of cancellation. Contact Technotronix to follow up for confirmation of cancellation orders. If customer would cancel order at prior to the final shipment schedule, it will subject to cancellation fee which would be 100% depending on the status at a time of cancellation. Customer is liable for all completed product quantities.

Shipment and Delivery

Technotronix can manufacture and assemble PCB in 24 Hours based on customer requirements. Technotronix do their best to ship your order on time. Requested Quotations and Orders are shipped on Business days. FOB Point is Shipping Point. Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customers on all shipment. In some cases, freight carriers have delays. We regret if this happens but we can’t responsible for delays of these carriers.

Technotronix does not stock or promise to inventory of any parts unless signed with an agreement by both parties. We reserve the right to change price and delivery at any time.

Collection of User’s Information

We may collect necessary information when users/customers are requesting a quote or order via our site. Users may register an account, get in touch with support or customer service, etc for any reason. We do not store, transfer, download or make other use of user’s information without getting user’s explicit consent, and will keep such information in strict protection in accordance of local laws and regulations. Users can also visit our site anonymously if you refuse such information collection, but the function of site and service may be limited.

At Technotronix, we believe that privacy is most important. We don’t sell, share or rent any individual’s personal information. In all cases, we comply with our privacy policy and other appropriate confidentiality or security measures.

Our All-in-one metal fabrication services are not made in the USA. All our metal fabrication components, parts, fasteners, metal turned parts, precision turned parts, sheet metal components, etc. are not made in the USA. They are being sourced & manufactured from our partner in India and in other parts of the world.
